1. Do you deliver products worldwide?
No.

At this point, we do not yet ship worldwide. We only do the shipping within the United Arab Emirates.
2. When will my products arrive?
Standard Shipping Fee:

3. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, and MasterCard through the website with PayTabs. We also offer Cash on Delivery** (To avoid canceled orders after processing, we will be confirming your order before shipment.) *If you select cash-on-delivery you have to reply to our confirmation message via Whatsapp if you are busy or forgot to reply, we are going to give you a call and ask for your confirmation before proceeding with the delivery of your order.
4. Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
If you wish to change anything in your order please send an email to digitalmarket@dayjour.net or direct message us on the website chat box with your order details and information about the request.

Doing this as quickly as possible will give us a greater chance of fixing the order before it’s sent. If, however, the order has already been shipped then we can’t help, unfortunately. But have a look at the returns or refunds page for more help.
5. What if an item is out of stock?
You will be alerted that we're out of stock when you try to buy it, and if your sign up for email alerts we will let you know when it’s back on the shelf!
6. Can I return products?
You can return a product within 15 days after having received the product. Please note, you can only return products that are unopened and still intact. Samples can never be returned. If you want to return a product, please contact Dayjour General Trading LLC by mailing to dayjour.net@gmail.com. You will then receive further instructions on how to return the product. As soon as we've received the returned intact product, we will refund the purchase amount excluding the shipping costs within 15 days, to an account of your choice. If we suspect the product being used or damaged on purpose, we will have the right to not make any refund.
7. How can I check the status of my order?
If you sign in to your account to make a purchase then the order status will be tracked within your account profile. Simply log in and select View my order history. We will also send you an email letting you know when your order has shipped and is on its way.
8. Can I buy Dayjour products as a gift and have them shipped as one?
Most definitely - Dayjour makes the perfect gift! Just make sure you enter the correct shipping details for who you are sending the gift to during the checkout process
9. Can I reach Dayjour General Trading LLC via phone?
You can reach us by calling our landline number +971 6 5599597. We're not always able to answer the phone immediately, but you can always leave your name, number, and message. And then we'll get back to you within 24 hours (and most of the time even on the same day)!
10. Can I take a look at the products in your shop, or pick up my order?
We're a 100% online web store, therefore it's not possible to visit us or pick up your order.
